Kim is very friendly, engaged and all around excellent to deal with. She knows the market very well and offered me excellent advice as a buyer. This was particularly important to me because I am from Canada. In my absence, Kim went above and beyond what she needed to do to seek out and ensure that I was buying a property that fit my needs in terms of location, price and suitability for renting. She is very prompt at responding and her knowledge of the industry is very evident. I would highly recommend Kim. (less)
